
The process was so easy and so fast. We were looking at moving to our dream beach area with a 6-12 month timeframe assuming it was take that long to get our ducks in a row while working with a lender that was Veteran friendly and knowledgeable.
We called in just to get an idea of what we may qualify for so we knew the ballpark figure we could be researching. It was so easy that the call we made to get a general idea became an application start. Less than 30 days later we were closing on the house we'd always dreamed about. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Veteran's United. Michael Peters was our senior loan officer and was always available and helpful keeping us informed along the way with exactly zero surprises.

Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Karol team made it extremely exciting and easy. I am army active duty found a house online near to my duty station and wanted to buy it. I was not able to see the house, or be there on closing date in person. The team was professional responsive, and truly made me feel supportive though the process. I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.



Working with VU has been a nightmare. Some say my treatment from VU was age. I feel it was because I’m Black. My main objective now it to pay this loan off and forget this whole ordeal. I’m only one person that have given you a poor review. I hope what happened to me has not been a pattern. Theses are my true feelings and you knew all along that I felt I was targeted.
