This was our first time going through a traditional home buying process and it felt daunting at every turn. Fortunately the Veterans United team was always at the ready for questions and concerns, answering even the silliest questions at weird hours to put our minds at ease. They even helped us with concerns we had with selling our old home. 10/10 from start to finish and can't wait to work together again in 8-10 years!
Ellen and Genevieve also provided excellent customer service. On-line app allowed for communication of needed documents and status of process to keep us informed.
One suggestion would be to send an e-mail when request is being made on the app.Being a veteran, I was expecting a better interest rate though I know that falls somewhat on our present administration.
