This was my first time purchasing a home. As such, there were a lot of things that I did not know. I never felt punished for asking questions that I may have needed to know before starting this journey, nor did I ever feel like I was taking time away from this team of professionals from any of their other duties or responsibilities. Every time I had a question, I either received the answer, explanations on any misunderstanding that I had or the time from the team members to help find the answer to my question. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that would be looking to purchase in the future.
Cal was so helpful and responsive any time of day or night to any and all questions we had. This was our first time buying a home and while something’s were questionable we had so much help from everyone at Veterans United.
