This is my 3rd time using Veterans United. Each time I have worked with Callahan Thompson and his team. I also worked with Ellen Wheelis- who was the most polite representative I’ve ever worked with for any company. Cal was super responsive, and loaded with answers for any questions I had. I am beyond happy with their service they provided me. There is a reason I have trusted Cal and his team to help me- they are amazing! Our family is forever grateful for their help and assistance in our purchase of our dream home. In the future if I ever need assistance- I won’t hesitate to reach back out to them.
Our experience was great. Cal Thompson and the whole crew at Veterans United communicated with us at all times. They always let us know when they needed something. They treated us like we were family and our time was valuable and went out of their way to make things happen in order for us to get our home.
