This was my first home buying experience and as such I really had no idea what I was doing. Veterans United immediately got me in touch with an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent the knows the VA loan process inside and out and walked me through every step. If you are unsure what your next steps are the website has a great step by step guide that was very easy to understand. The agents are friendly and helpful. I worked with a few agents on this loan due to a grant. My first agent was unable to do the grant from his branch and immediately transferred me to a branch that could. At the new branch my new agent and his assistant were just as friendly and if they didn't know an answer right away they were quick to find the answer and get back to me. Between Veterans United and the real estate agent they got me in touch with I saved nearly $8,000 and actually walked out with a check at closing instead of paying any closing cost in what should be a seller's market. I would highly recommend Veterans United and if I ever need a new home will definitely be using them again.

Nick was available for when I had questions or concerns. He would always return my calls. The communication was excellent. I feel fortunate to have been able to work him during this process. He's definitely an asset for VeteransUnited.
Overall the process was simple. Any item that was needed was easy to upload. I had every question answered immediately. If my loan team wasn’t available by phone, I would email and get a reply back within an hour or two. Overall the process was fantastic!
Although Nick was out loan specialist we also dealt with Shyanne who was just amazing and friendly.
We felt we had someone on our side looking out for us during the whole process! Within 40 days, we were in our dream home!
I went into this understanding that I would have some work to do, but not everything. VERY disappointed to the point where Veterans United ruined my home buying experience...and this was our first home!
