This is my 3rd VA Home Loan and for some reason, the underwriter was being extremely picky about my time/travel share details. Started the process with a higher than normal debt to income ratio due to an auto loan my ex wife was supposed to take over (and eventually did). Just seemed out of the norm as I had almost the exact same background during my last loan application process...I'm sure there were differences but this was not expected and seemed really intrusive.
The process was pretty easy otherwise. The online to-do list and document center was user-friendly and easy to navigate.
This was the best home buying experience! Nick is very personable and super responsive. This made made the buying process so much easier.The Veterans United app is so very user friendly. I had one glitch with it, I chatted with the online support they had me back on track in seconds.Seriously a great experience.
