Nick went ABOVE AND BEYOND with our home loan and seeing that we got to the closing table on the day we had requested. While we were freaking out, he remained calm and collected. We were always able to reach him in a timely manner, and were never left feeling confused.

Customer service is important to me and earns my trust and then my business. Veterans United betrayed that trust in two ways. First, by selling the servicing of my loan; and Second, by selling it to Wells Fargo, a shamefully unethical company I would NEVER do business with willingly.
I will never do business with Veterans United again.
I stumbled into Veteran’s United Home Loans when looking to lower my interest rate on my VA loan. I’m glad I did. Their rates were the most competitive of any I searched. After engaging online I was immediately contacted by Jeremy. The online process is really easy and if I had any questions, and I had a lot of them, Jeremy answered them right away. What a great loan officer. He even got back to me late in the evening and on Saturday and Sunday. We’ve already closed and I’m still waiting on another loan officer from another company to get back to me. Look no further.
