With a caveat that it would be easier if you are NOT trying to sell a house at the same time trying to get a loan on a new place. Excessive number of "to-do". If all those things were listed at one time instead of bringing them up over WEEKS/MONTHS.

If I could give Joe Schumacher a 10+ or 11, I would. He not only met my expectations but exceeded it. Our closure deadline was for the 15th and he nailed it on the 13th! It was an outstanding and exceptional job by Joe and his competent professional and tenacious team who always stuck with me, communicated regularly and just beat their competition. It needs not be said that their competition is also a national player yet the Veterans United Team led by Joe and his dynamic can-do team beat them to the finish line and then some. Veterans United earned my respect to be number ONE.
I highly recommend Veterans United. Having dealt with other mortgage lenders I can tell you they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to the VA Loan process. Even if you have undesirable credit; they have a team that coaches you on how to build it back up. You never have to worry about being embarrassed because there is no judgement. They really there to help. Although there is a lot of running around and document requirements in the beginning, I can assure you it is for a good reason. They are very thorough therefor making sure there are no surprises when it comes to closing.
It's a lot dealing with all the different people and communicating back and forth in a process that's already overwhelming no matter who you go through. I rate it above average, I'm glad its over.
