Overall it was a great experience. It might be helpful to have more proactive updates about "where in the process" things are. Obviously buying a house is full of stressful moments, and worrying about if the loan will be approved and where it is in the process doesn't haven't to be one of those moments. But truly, I appreciate all of the help and the online portal. Bravo!
