Bryan was amazing, patient, and answered all the questions we had asked. He allowed us to ask random questions and provided not only the answer, but more information that was very helpful through the whole process! Amazing team he had with him and his lead of helping us through dates, when to secure the best interest rate, and overall being super on top of everything!
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. I would give 15 if I could. I got the best team, and it was so nice to talk to people who treat you in such a nice way. Each person assigned to my loan experience knew well their business and didn't mind answering my questions and really just helped by being encouraging throughout the whole process. I can't imagine any other place with a better experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend!
