I wanted to take a moment to genuinely thank everyone on my team at VU for helping me through the process of buying my home. As a first-time homebuyer using a VA loan, I had a lot of questions, moments of stress, and honestly a bit of overwhelm, but their team made the experience feel manageable every step of the way. They were patient, responsive, and always willing to explain things in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which meant a lot during such a big life decision. This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being.
