The team at VU was absolutely awesome to deal with at every step of the process.
This is my 3rd VA Home Loan and for some reason, the underwriter was being extremely picky about my time/travel share details. Started the process with a higher than normal debt to income ratio due to an auto loan my ex wife was supposed to take over (and eventually did). Just seemed out of the norm as I had almost the exact same background during my last loan application process...I'm sure there were differences but this was not expected and seemed really intrusive.
The process was pretty easy otherwise. The online to-do list and document center was user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Amazing! Through the whole process I was informed about any paperwork that needed to be done and all of our options. Fast! This is the most smooth home buying experience I’ve or anyone could have! Thank you again for helping us into our dream home!
