I had no issues and everything went quite smoothly.
My rep was down to earth and very knowledgeable about the process. He made me feel comfortable and was very reassuring about all aspects of the process as well.
Coming in as a first time home owner, I had some reservation due to my income, debt etc. Although I always paid my bills, I had quite a bit of debt. Nick Schuster was amazing and made me feel at ease and that "we" would get through this.

I'm pleased with the organization of VU. What could have been a massive headache was made easy.
Nick was extremely helpful throughout the entire loan process. He explained everything that I had questions on and made sure I understood everything. He was great to work with.
The experience was initially positive, but things kept chipping away at our confidence.
The end result was satisfactory, and Nick responded to questions promptly and thouroughly and respectfully. The last couple of days prior to closing were a lot of delays and miscommunications which were very frustrating, but it eventually worked out.
Very helpful when working from a remote location.
I was thrilled with the home office with John but then when we changed programs they have to transfer us. wasn't bad at first but closing was a struggle. I wasn't getting all information back and they set a date for us but told us that day about it.
