Michael Andersen made the loan process as seamless and easy as possible. Even though this is the first home I've ever owned, I would say that Michael is by far the best loan officer I'll ever work with.

They were the worst vendor I worked with. Scott Miller was extremely polite and nice. However, I got a new email each day about what else the bank was missing. Awful experience! In any other business transaction; I would have pulled my business.
