Mickey was fantast, and reliable(give the man a raise!), he was very on top of it for us but the underwriting process wasn't great but maybe that's typical. Got asked same questions several times that we wrote out. And communication could have been better between departments. I will say we did go thru several houses before finding right one so that whole deal is a process within itself. But it the end we got our home so thank you!
I was so fearful when starting the process to buy a home. I was afraid of being disappointed with being turned down. All of my fears were put to rest after the first call from Veterans United. I was treated with such respect and personal care. It was like having a friend holding my hand through the whole process. They even provided a beautiful care package for our fur baby Foxy. Overall it was a great experience, there were a couple of moments that were a bit confusing but everyone was quick to answer any questions and straighten out any issues i had. Very easy to work with and i really enjoyed the experience!
