The end result was satisfactory, and Nick responded to questions promptly and thouroughly and respectfully. The last couple of days prior to closing were a lot of delays and miscommunications which were very frustrating, but it eventually worked out.
I was thrilled with the home office with John but then when we changed programs they have to transfer us. wasn't bad at first but closing was a struggle. I wasn't getting all information back and they set a date for us but told us that day about it.
Nick Schuster was extremely efficient and thorough through the whole process. He also helped keep me and my husband grounded during some very stressful moments. :)
Michael Andersen made the loan process as seamless and easy as possible. Even though this is the first home I've ever owned, I would say that Michael is by far the best loan officer I'll ever work with.
The only problem was from the time I found a home it took 2 months for processing with underwriter causing me to change my closing dates effective my moving dates!
