The entire process was well explained, well planned and coordinated and, frankly, painless. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience, and wouldn't think to recommend anyone but veterans united in the future.

Would have liked a more detailed interview from the application information that I provided initially. There was an unexpected pivot from a fha loan to a conventional loan which caused some serious financial consequences on my end.

Took a while to get to speak with someone about veterans united had to jump lots of hoops probably over 50 calls with Mr. Cooper and whichever other 3rd party on the “assumptions team” once I got to Moya and Blair everything was Gucci/ golden / good.
