Seems like I had to provide a lot more information / justification of my income compared to any of my friends / family who have recently bought a house.Kind of ridiculous that I had to apply without my wife on the application because she has always been great with her money and has not needed to take out any loans. Feels like we are being punished for being responsible.

I love our Loan Officer, Bruce Chubick. The underwriters tend to make the end of the process so difficult and stressful that it leaves a bad taste in the clients mouth for the company- which then reflects upon the loan officer, who works very hard to achieve success in relationship.
