VUHL is Avery thorough company, I now know that they have a few more requirements for loan approval than some of the others out there but I strongly believe that they are in place to protect the buyer. Everything they require is manageable and each individual I spoke with was educated on my personal loan packet and explained things to me in detail which was very important to me.

I was very happy to learn that VU was kind and flexible enough to respect my desire to remain with VU as my lender. I had prior bad experiences with my loans being sold to a third party, and this option was detrimental for me to remain with VU for my home loan.
