Bruce Chubick was very helpful, knowledgeable, and in tune with our situation as first time home buyers. Bruce and Shyanne Herdzina were very accommodating to our need for a shorter closing timeline. Our experience with their team was outstanding. I would recommend Bruce and Shyanne by name to other potential home buyers.
This was our 3rd VA loan on this house (refi). It was by far the most frustrating. As a company specializing in VA loans I would expect the broker to know the product. He did not as the underwriter kept asking for additional information and tests. In hindsight I should have paid a higher origination fee and stuck with USAA. The savings was not worth the hassle.
