This was our 3rd VA loan on this house (refi). It was by far the most frustrating. As a company specializing in VA loans I would expect the broker to know the product. He did not as the underwriter kept asking for additional information and tests. In hindsight I should have paid a higher origination fee and stuck with USAA. The savings was not worth the hassle.

Bruce chubick was absolutely amazing he did everything he could to get our loan approved even if it meant working long hours he made it happen he was very polite well mannered and even though we may have been annoying with the emails and the phone calls for questions he always answered and gave us clarification I give Bruce an A+
