Overall it was fantastic....the loan process itself was extremely time consuming and arduous but the staff was outstanding at accommodating us when we had to provide additional documentation....even staying later on two occasions. They made it alot easier with positive attitudes and great communication.

We had always heard that going through the VA for a home mortgage would be a trying ordeal but our experience was smooth. Whenever we had a question we called Nick and he always got back to us that day. We were worried one weekend about something and Nick called us back as soon as he finished shoveling his snow. He called us back from home! Would recommend highly!
