Our loan officer Jeremy straatmann went above and beyond his job! He never gave up on me and wife and our loan. He was not only our loan officer but he became a friend! Working with him you can see that he has a passion for what he does and helping veterans like me purchase and own their own homes. He was absolutely amazing through out the whole process!!

Very professional and responsive to my extensive questions and worries. Buying a home is not an everyday event for someone like me, so I naturally had an excess of questions, some of which I needed to repeatedly ask. The VU staff was patient and detailed with me at all times.

Jeremy worked diligently to get our loan completed. The underwriters were difficult at best and unfortunately, Jeremy was the middleman throughout the process.

Very wonderful experience. Everything was explained and we did not sign anything without knowing what was going on. I feel safe in purchasing our home because of all the safety measures and tests we did for the house. We don’t feel like we got a “lemon” of a house.
