The portal is great and easy to use and now we can continue to use it to make our mortgage payments and communicate with Veterans United Home Loans. If you’re an introvert or extrovert looking to buy a home. This is your place. I don’t like dealing with people so for me it was a nice balance. If they needed to call, they did and if I needed to call, they responded. It was perfect.

From the very first phone call to close of escrow was flawless. Our Veternas United team: Brian Flanagan, Catrina Heath, and Crosby Mills were with us the entire way answering every single question and relly just making the entire process quite easy.
We have been through the home buying process multiple times before including VA streamline refinances but, unfortunately not using Veterans United. From here onward though we will only refer Veterans United to all of our Veteran family and friends.
