I was skeptical about where I wanted to live in the beginning but when my son showed me this house on the Zillow App and begged me to go look at it on a Sunday afternoon I'm glad I gave in to him and made arrangements to look at it and it had the perfect lay out for what I wanted to invest in and now that we haven't been able to relax yet I know I will enjoy everything about it when I get finished moving in. There is so much to say, honestly. Nathan Bitner and his team have made purchasing our new home and refinancing it for a lower rate so easy. They have everything set up in one spot, and if you have any questions (I have a lot of questions), they are always right there and quick to answer. They are not pushy, but they do give you reminders about deadlines, and they work with you if you have something going on. That being said, we were on vacation in Matagorda fishing, and when we got back and closed on our new home, the first package we received was a congratulations present from them, which was a very cool tacklebox signifying the vacation we just had. We laughed and absolutely loved the gift. They are the easiest people to work with, and they are so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough for being there for us with our very first home.
