Great and easy services, communications were good, but I felt left out on many hard appointments and deadline status updates such as VA appraisal date, the status of the appraisal, the termite/pest inspection date, and some other hard appointments. The concierge service they have was actually nothing more than a bother and a distraction; it seems to be nothing more than an assistant/secretarial position making a call that annoyed me. They knew nothing when they called to do checks, and when asked on statuses, they had no clue. The Loan Coordinator, and the Loan Officer were great, but there could have had more accurate information and updates on progress from the seller tasks, because i and my agent knew nothing about what the seller side was doing or had completed.
I had a real great experience with Veterans United they assisted me with the purchase of a home in a little over a month time we were closing my team helped me all the way till the end I was very impressed with them, and strongly recommend them.
The only issue I had was with communicating with Shelbi during the process. Fortunately Colin was able to respond to my questions and answer them or let Shelbi know that I tried to contact her.
nearly speechless. I can not think of a single way the process could have gone better. The whole team is amazing, and it has been my honor and privilege throughout.

Working with Jimmy has always been the best
The team I have worked with has been amazing. This was my 4th or 5th time working with Kat and her team I believe. Everytime they have been top tier with communication and expectations.But everything has to have a low spot, and for me it was the app/website and the fact I needed to exit and retry several times to successfully log in each time.So long story short top tier team and people. Website has some hiccups that could be ironed out.
