I’m pretty picky when it comes to customer service, and I don’t usually recommend anyone because it feels like my name is tied to it — but you really earned it. Your transparency, responsiveness, and the way you stood by your word made a huge difference for us.The only “suggestion” I could even think of would be for you to pull out a crystal ball and tell us where rates are heading — but I know you’re not allowed to do that!
