Overall excellent mortgage company employees displaying their knowledge and expertise in financing, processing, closing loans and guiding customers step-by-step throughout the process. I have used Veterans United to purchase a newly built home and process a cash-out refinance. I highly recommend the company and Devin Cott.
As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.

Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Aaron truly went above and beyond to get us to close in 30 days. After countless problems with Lennar, not only did he get us approved, he cared, he listened, and most importantly, HE TOOK ACTION. He even got us additional money back at closing.Jaclyn was also amazing, efficient, and always available.

The entire team was great, but Clay was amazing! We ran into issues with another lender and Clay was able to pick up our file and get us to closing in less than 2 weeks. He did an awesome job!
