Everything went smoothly from start to finish, the online platform was intuitive and easy to use. I like having the ability to check on my to do list from any of the emails I got from veterans United. That way I didn't have to keep track of 50 emails, as long as I have one that showed the checklist I could log in and see an updated version.

From the first phone call to the final closing phone call it was a great experience. No call was unanswered or unreturned. The level of professionalism was outstanding. Each team member was informative and friendly. I was initially told how the process would work and that I would have contact information for everyone involved in case we had questions. There were a few little snags with underwriting, but, they were taken care of promptly.
Andrew, Kara and the entire team was absolutely outstanding as regards their guidance, response time to questions and overall expertise with the VA mortgage process.
I'd never heard of Veterans United before and only tried it out based on the verbal recommendation of a fellow service-member while talking in the p-way. Otherwise, I just would have gone with USAA or whatever Google threw at me. My wife and I quickly noticed how different and welcoming the Veterans United team performed. We never turned back and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything worked out. I also wanted to add that *Richmond Por* was incredibly helpful and responsive as well. He frequently reached out to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and understood the process. We genuinely appreciated him keeping in touch with us and giving us step-by-step overview of what to expect...he went the extra mile. Richmond and Kim make an excellent team.
