All in all using Veterans unit was good. I got into a great new house. Paul Franum worked with me a ton in the beginning he was super knowledgeable and willing to work with all I threw at him lol.
I will say when it comes to interest rates everyone was super hush-hush about it. Kind of made it feel like a shady deal but interest rates are what they are and I understand that looking forward to a refinance. Also, my home loan concierge was amazing. Parker helped me with absolutely everything and made sure that I felt as comfortable as I could moving forward.
Overall the team was fantastic and very supportive! They kept me in the loop constantly and always answered any questions that I had. Also wanted to thank Gretchen, she did an amazing job and was extremely helpful as well.
