Everything went smoothly from start to finish, the online platform was intuitive and easy to use. I like having the ability to check on my to do list from any of the emails I got from veterans United. That way I didn't have to keep track of 50 emails, as long as I have one that showed the checklist I could log in and see an updated version.

This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available.
