There were a few times where I had trouble reaching someone about questions. But I believe that to be because it was around the holiday (July 4th). Overall the team did great. We loved that they remembered details about our selves and included them in a great house warming gift box.
Phenomenal team of loan officers, coordinators, and concierges. Had an awesome time and anytime I had questions, the team was always available for me.
