They were incredibly patient helping explain things that my elderly parents needed deeper explanation in time to understand. They went out of their way to accommodate, helping us due to technological constraints, and they were kind, professional and extremely punctual throughout the entire process. I personally have closed on six different homes in my lifetime and was involved helping my parents close onto two of their home loans so they could understand some of the process and technology and my interactions with Donnie and LYNN we’re far and above anything I have ever experienced from a customer service perspective and acknowledge perspective from any other lender that we have ever used in the last 18 years.
