It was good working with Alec. I did think closing cost just kept going up. Then when you’re at closing you don’t want to stop the process so you just sign…. But closing cost started at like 7k then it was 9k then at closing it came in at 11k so it never went down it just kept going up. So I’m not sure what happened and I really didn’t want to put a roadblock up late in the afternoon when I was finally signing… so I swallowed the expense and signed. For this being for veterans you would think you could get better pricing and better interest rates.
I was really skeptical about how easy and smooth the process with the VA loan would be, but Hunter, Lynnette, and Gavin all did outstanding! I was informed every step of the way and had amazing communication with them. I couldn’t ask for a better crew or company! Thanks again VU and team!
